Paris St-Germain defender David Luiz could be in line for a shock return to Chelsea. The Premier League club have offered £30m plus add-ons for the Brazil international, who left Stamford Bridge for France two years ago in a £50m deal. (Sky Sports)

Konoplyanka -> Schalke apparantly

And Nasri replacing him on loan. (Weird how Sevilla has so many loaned players this season... Sirigu, Kranevitter, Vietto, Nasri...)

That's a great signing for them.

Well, only if he plays like he did for Dnipro/Ukraine. He was really underwhelming for Sevilla, although tbf he had a very hard time adapting to the club (he literally said that at times he felt like jumping from a 5th floor due to his anxiety).

Strange how all of the 3 big signings Sevilla made last season (Llorente, Konoplyanka and Immobile) all flopped and have now been shipped away. Their transfers work out perfectly most of the time, so it was really weird...

why would they do this? they already ripped off P$G

its like when i get a youth player that develops in FIFA career but is a midget and weak with low stamina and shitty weakfoot/skills, and Madrid/PSG offer 90 million for him. then buying him back next year for 75 :lol:

Konoplyanka is a great new signing... especially if they buyout-clause of 15 million is also true... great price for a really decent footballer.

Meanwhile, Inter signed Barbosa for an undisclosed fee.... whatever it was, I assume it was like 20 million too much, as he is overrated as hell and didn't do sh*t during Summer Olympics whenever he encountered a semi-pro as opponent.
He really is much closer to being the next Robinho (at best) than the next Neymar career-wise imo.

Konoplyanka 4 goals in 32 games in the spanish league. Ughh seems like Schalke got ripped to the off.

He'll only play for Schalke on loan for this seaseon... if he doesn't perform at least as good as at Dnipro/Ukraine, they'll send him back. If he finds his form again, 15 million is a bargain on the other hand. Perfect business by Schalke.

Not sure why Sevilla would even do a loan deal like this...

Turkish club Besiktas have confirmed that they’ve signed Leicester midfielder Gokhan Inler.

See ya Inler. Shame things never quite worked out :(
