When did i say all companies should always charge for everything?
I simply explained how charging for something can be beneficial to others, challenged the assumption that its inherently evil or immoral, and recognized the obvious fact that selling things is indeed a service despite your incredulous reaction.
I already explained why it was a good/nice move twice.
At least you finally admitted you didnt really listen to or understand my posts, and instead reacted emotionally with your jingoism.
You are more concerned with trying to paint people as the bad guy rather than understanding the situation.
"I even said it was a good move. The demand for the badges exceeded what was previously available in the game, and its a nice touch to make them available to everyone."
You explained that it was a good move to make it available to all, not why it was made available to all for free.
At the bolded part, where did I say that you did? I said why would EA choose to give these away for free, instead of charging.
And I've never said that charging for something doesn't benefit someone, I'm saying it's wrong to use a tragedy to drastically inflate prices to take advantage of people's mourning. Despite how much economic sense it makes.
