I assume you can. Still a higher chance in the 82+ players pack.

I got Defoe in my TOTW tradeable pack and was like -_-

did an 82+ rated sbc out of frustration afterwards and got IF Sokratis :lol:

Better luck than me lol I did 3 totw packs and got the discard value bunch and a few 82s and got no one :(

did 3 totw sbcs, got the lowest rated 81 defender from france and harry kane + defoe
