Irrelevant, it was the Liverpool goalkeeper who played it on to Milner (his play was the deliberate action and no City player was offside at this time) so it was his play in that case, no City player touched it, therefore not offside
No different to a centre back passing back to a goalkeeper who doesn't realise striker is in between them

Doesn't matter really, City will collapse in the 2nd half just like they did against Utd. They're in terrible form right now.
