Zarkadon tell me things about asensio

He's Mallorca's best player, and arguably the best player in Segunda overall aswell. He has been carrying both Mallorca and Spain U19 lately.
He's only 18 and it looks like he has a great future ahead of him, although it's too early to say that he will become world class. Personally, I'm not really convinced that he has as much potential as Isco or James; Marco still has a lot to learn and things to improve. He's great at freekicks though.
I'm not too sure why Madrid would sign him though, because there's no room for him in the team. Even if he is loaned out next season, James and Isco are still young... so, even if Marco progresses, I don't know what kind of playtime he could potentially get in Madrid, unless he really, really, really steps up (which is possible) he's going to either rot on the bench or be forever on loan.
If he decides to leave Mallorca, obviously I'm happy that he chooses Madrid, but I'm not sure it would be the best move for him right now.
Don't assume these rumours are true though. Selling Asensio hasn't been discussed in the board's meetings, and if the president of the club (Cerdà) sold a player without discussing it in the board, he could have some serious legal issues.
Maro Asensio's release clause s 4.5M€ atm, but it will double after the winter window, so it would be stupid to sell him now. The issue here is that the 2 guys running the club (Cerdà and Claassen, which together own 51% of the club) want to sell him so that they don't have to invest their own money into the club; however they need to discuss it with Serra Ferrer in a board meeting (Serra controls 49% of the club, and is against Cerdà and Claassen). Serra obviously wants to weaken Cerdà and Claassen's position by forcing them to either sell their shares or invest money into the club. With 49% of the shares though, Serra can't decide against what Claassen and Cerdà decide... BUT they still have to discuss the matter in a meeting, and this hasn't happened yet.
