man marking is a good method to shut down a player and it always will be
there is nothing new or old in football

It just seems odd to me that he's the only top coach who still uses man marking when 19 out of 20 teams use zonal marking for very good reasons.

yeah and most of the time it simply sucks
zonal marking is just an excuse for standing around

when there are players like suarez they have to be marked at all times, at least in the center of the pitch
its easier to have a player with that task

i couldnt see the game after minute 30 but apparently it worked and suarez did not score
