I'd get him in with a centre back. And in the summer let go of tommy, diaby, flamini. And bring in another defensive midfielder. 3 in 3 out. I don't think that's too much too ask. Keep arteta and but him further up as he played for Everton, if ozil or Ramsey get injured. Mikel is still quality IMO.
