Let me try to understand some people

If they lost = pathetic
Win 2-0 = pathetic

I'm a bit confused.
From what I read, it seems people are saying the primary goal is now to entertain before thinking about how you're going to win?
Wtf kind of dumb logic is this? Jesus

No, people are saying they've spent enough money so they should be able to win without boring mou busparking methods. Hardly dumb logic to want to be entertained by one of the most expensive squads in the world's richest league is it you muppet.

Pretty boring game. Deserved win for Man Utd... while not the most impressive performance, they were still better than Ajax, who were very underwhelming and failed to create any chances.

While I understand the madness of some "neutral" or neutral viewers of utds style to play I totally concur with Pozer and cambovenzi on this one: in such important game it does not make sense to open everything up - the Job was perfectly executed and hence it was a more than deserved win

Congrats on the title and even more important congrats on CL next year
I doubt players like griezman would join with no CL

you just dont understand and how would you anyway
probably cant even throw a football into the air and catch it

perhaps you can understand that controlling the ball yourself and pushing ajax back with such a team should be your goal
and its much safer

i mean, how many times did this "plan" not work this season and after the game you were like "maybe we should have scored another goal"?

those were the days, when SAF's united would have destroyed these green boys

Given the amount of injuries and their current self-confidence I think it is safe to say that this kind of style was the best option

One of the worst finals in the history of football.

Neither Ajax or Utd deserved to win it.

Thanks, Jose.

People in general, just as football players in particular, develop over time, they come to maturity and reach their peak.

You, my friend, are the same sour prick you were 4 years ago. Congrats.

As for Mourinho, nothing wrong to approach a final in a defensive way, but versus the greats of Crystal Palace, Watford, Sunderland etc (didnt follow Utd's season at all - but #7 easily tells it) he barely played football.

He has no attack, no midfield and he defends with the likes of Darmian (joke in Italy), Valencia (a guy no club would realistically be interested in) Smalling (championship material) and Blind ( a guy slower than your mind, if that's even possible).

And yet they've managed to win it.
United are in the 7th spot because mediocre clubs like Liverpool and Everton made an unusually strong season.

And your comments towards United players lack basic sense. Darmian made a hell of a season before joining United, Valencia is making even a better one now. Chris Smalling has been injured for a long time and still pulled out an awsome performance last night. Although Mou doesn't like Blind as a center back, he's performed well every time when there's no other option.

Agree with this. They lacked the pace and creativity on utd's half to really do something. Too many wrong decisions. The ajax away from home I was hoping not to see. And then you have Hnited. An undeserved goal on a deflected weak shot. The second one however was proper. They defended their lead well.

> defends utd like it's his first born
> doesn't know they finished 6th

That's the utd fans I like to see.
