I think in terms of entertainment and difficulty to win the EPL makes it the clear #1 league in the world, however players in the EPL makes way to much money and it seems like many premier league clubs buys alot of great talent and players, but they don't buy the right players that fits their teams and i also don't think many teams in the EPL(southhampton, chelsea,arsenal and swansea are exceptions) are building teams in a certain way, they are simply trying to buy the best player they can get for their money, rather then buying a player with the right mindset who fits to the team and its playstyle (looking at City and United), and here i think they are doing a much better job at that in germany and spain, because the midtable teams does not have the money to buy the best players, and therefore put alot more effort into finding the right players for their teams, and thats probably why they are also superior when it comes to tactics, because it seems that the clubs outside the EPL in the champions league just wants it more then the english clubs and are not prepared well enough.

but in the EPL there is also a heavy schedule to blame in december/january, where most of the other leagues has breaks, and gets needed rest to get ready for the last half of the season, that also has a huge impact on how well they are doing in the last half of the seaon, football players are not machines that just keep on going, rest and breaks are very important and many football fans doesnt seem to get this. (i also think that Ronaldo's decrease in performence is due to him not being 100% and playing way to much, he would be alot more effective if he had a break from playing) i actually also have a nice proof for this but it is in basketball, the biggest star in the sport lebron james just came off a 8 games break not so long ago to rest his body and he came back and absolutly dominated the league again after poor performence in the early season.

so in a conclusion to this long wall of text i have to say that the teams in La liga and bundesliga are better managed, because they dont have the money like they do in the EPL and have to be managed better to be on par with the teams that does have the money, and the clubs outside the EPL in the champions league and their players just look more dedicated to their sport because they don't play for the money like they sadly do in the EPL.
