look at the whole game. hsv was better. the freekick was bs but hamburg had so many chances. btw the penalty was bs too so keep hating and being absolutely ridiculously biased...

hsv was too stupid to score so the ref helped out

ball hit the arm. arm was in front of his body which increased the blocking surface which is the reasoning for the ref imo.
i still think it wasn't one but you can see why he made that small mistake. but it's not like he gave them a ridiculously undeserved penalty or shot the freekick into the goal himself...

tl;dr: to say the ref won them the game for giving them a FREEkick is just absolutely ridiculous. end of story...
