Not the actual time surely, but damn? Hollands scored a goal in the 98th minute and it was ended over 100

Afaik, the period when the ball isn't moving all gets added to extra time for this WC, hence the amount of minutes being added being so high.

Yeah it's kinda new. Brentford scored against Man City in the 98th minute in Premier League so it's not just for the World Cup. This is an awesome change btw.

I watched Braga vs Portimonese, it had 3 times basically lol, time was something crazy like 113 minutes in the end.

This system hasn't been implemented in the PL as of yet, that game just had a few injuries which added a lot of extra time iirc.
