has nothing to do with sexism that as a lifelong football fan and player, i simply find the women's game unbearable to watch: slow, riddled with amateurish mistakes, skilless. i'm not saying they shouldn't play, i'm not saying they aren't doing their best, but it's very obvious that the lack of competition and professionalism results in pretty poor outcomes.

i wasn't aware that you were such a fan of women's football though, otherwise i would have made more of an effort not to offend your famously sensitive little feelings, my friend. also, forgive my ignorance concerning the VAR - i just figured there's no possible way such an obvious mistake could ever stand with video evidence available.

Well deserved win in the end and a great tourney by many of the England squad. Coach on point the whole way through too which makes a nice change in an England set up.

im a lifelong football player and fan and dont think that at all. Yea there is more amateurish mistakes than in a Mens Euro but women football improved a lot over the last couple years.

if you really were a football fan, you'd know as well as me that even mainz' second team, currently playing in germany's 4th highest division, would have beaten any of those finalists with ease.

claiming they are better than an established bundesliga squad is frankly absurd, and just proves you don't have the slightest clue about this sport. here in the real world, women's national teams regularly get beaten badly even by regional youth teams.
