I mean wasn't it obvious who was going to win it? Also Criminal how low Hazard is... Rofl KDB is somehow ahead of him. Also Neymar in top 3 is a joke, he won fuck all last year

If that's true then Messi could have won it... It obviously isn't true, whoever wins the trophies and plays somewhat good will always win the Ballon D'or

Couldn't care less about this joke award, but I'm happy for Cristiano. The best thing about him equalizing Messi's number of awards is that fanboys that were claiming "Messi is better because he has more Ballon d'Ors" since a few years ago now see this backfire and will have to stop using this retarded award as an argument.

tbh for Cristiano to pull level at 5-5 when it was 1-4 to Messi 5 years ago is a testament to his work ethic, desire, drive, ability to adjust and talent to get there. It seemed impossible at the time and anyone who suggested Cristiano would close the gap at the time would have been laughed at. He never stopped/stops seeking to improve himself. It is damn impressive and he got a Euro trophy in that timeframe too, which strongly enhances the resume.

yeah he scored no goals made no assists and sat in the stands the entire tournament
that actually would have been more of a contribution than launching a pk to the moon when the team needs you

In terms of career stats Messi and Ronaldo are neck and neck. One thing I don't hear people mentioning is that Messi is 3 years younger. He's already caught up to Ronaldo with less time. Ronaldo was better last year but overall Messi > Ronaldo
