It's always difficult to rank the leagues, because most leagues are really top heavy.
Look at Premier League. Since it became PL, United has 14 wins, Chelsea 5, Arsenal 3, City 2 and Leicester (toppest of keks last season) along with Blackburn 1 each.
If that ain't top heavy I don't know what is. The Blackburn one came in early 90s, and Arsenal last won more than 10 years ago. It's been United, City or Chelsea as of late, with the only weird exception being Leicester.
You can't really compare bottom 10 teams because they rarely stick around more than 2-3 years before being relegated. Sure, they come back in few years but it's same old story then.
Same goes for La Liga. Barcelona having won 13 of last 25 titles, Real 7, Atletico 2 and Valencia 2 (both very early back when they had a great team, now they suck). Oh, and Deportivo once because why the fuck should EPL only have the crazy one timer.
Serie A almost the same story, with Juventus having won like 13 of the last 25, I mean 10 of the last 25? I don't know. Milan has won 7, Inter with 5 and the Rome clubs one each, although a good 15 years ago. Sampdoria did win just before I started calculating (in like 91, I calculate from last 25 so since 92). So there's your very odd for Italy.
Bundesliga? I mean, lately it's Bayern and Bayern only, but this is the only league where, in the past 25, it's been really fun. Sure, Bayern has 14 of 25, but the other 9? Dortmund has 5, other titles belong to the likes of Stuttgart, Bremen, Wolfsburg and twice to motherfucking Kaiserslauten. You know, who won it in 98 while being one of the promoted teams.
As you see, historically most leagues are 4 team leagues but the team that differentiates most is actually Bundesliga because, sure, Bayern will be top 3 at least EVERY year (except for that one time they werent in 2007). But beyond that, it's anyones game. One year it might be Leipzig, next it might be Bremen.
juve in italy is far superior than bayern is in our league
remember last season when they had a joke of start and still won the title comfortably, there is no way this would happen somewhere else
this season really shows how competitive bundesliga is, gladbach, leverkusen and schalke are not performing at their best and are immediately punished
except chelsea last year i dont remember the top tier teams dropping into the second half of the table
