Give them some time imo, it's not an easy transition given the high expectations, although I don't expect them to reach the level they had back with Jupp or anything like that.

Carlo's performances against rival clubs has really gone down the drain over the last few seasons though

rekt day in day out by Cholo except that "very lucky - 90 min goal" final.

Overrated coach with shitloads of luck.

Deserved imo

we were terribad at times. For instance the first half vs sevilla, id fire Luis Enrique in a heartbeat just after watching that.

Real is bad too, but luckily for them they manage to score goals they need in the dying minutes of games.

Didnt watch the Atletico - Rael, but i agree that, for me at least, was totally unexpected.

its slowly getting depressing, we have no game plan, no real defensive shape
4-3-3 isnt working :bonk:

pep always changed a lot, lots of it worked, lots of it backfired, but carlo changes nothing except throwing an extra winger in when we need a goal

Well let's be honest, he's not a good tactician, but eventually he usually gets the team to work together and find a way to get results.

He's much better at managing world class players than he is managing his football team during the game, and that has so far sufficed for him to have a successful career.

The only awkward thing here is that unlike in his previous jobs (Milan, Chelsea, PSG, Madrid) is that he's not picking up a wrecked team where the most needed thing is someone who can lift up the player's spirits and make them work together, but a team that, despite not living up to the expectations in the CL, was working well and earning silverware with a very clear and specific philosophy and tactical mindset.

Bayern is a lost cause. Not even the mighty Carlo can help them
