"Yet gleefully rooting against your own team remains bizarre"

How on earth is that a rational thought?

He's not rooting against his own team, he's rooting against Utd.

Stop being a bellend.

Hes rooting against his own team's interests and standing, with apparent vigor. I made that pretty clear.

kid cant read at a middle school level and tries to say something that was obviously logical is possibly the most retarded thing ever when he didnt understand it :bonk:

Only time that would matter would be towards the end of the season when United are obviously out of the running for the title.

Is actively rooting for your team to drop from 1st place a normal thing for you, or just on this special occasion?

In addition to what the others said, there is also a tactical element to it. In the long term, I think Arsenal are title contenders, whereas Liverpool and Utd are top 4 contenders. So Utd are more our rivals than Arsenal this season in my opinion.

Pretty intense game, although 0 chances to score.

Pretty boring football. Reminds me of England.

Walcott, ElNeny, Rushford, Darmian, Cockelin

What are these nomarks doing in an Utd - Arsanal is beyond me.

To even think they are considered top footballers is
