I think he'd be a great signing for any club, although it's true that he has only played at an insane level for one season, so it's not 100% safe to say he will carry on like this... but sure expect him to do so.

If he can carry on with his Wolfsburg to City then my expectation for the club will completely change. Right now I don't see them winning the title, but I think De Bruyne can make the difference.

Compare De Bruynes statistics to Hazards then, he's equally if not more important than Hazard and that being in a lesser team.
Don't give me the epl> bundesliga speech, because De Bruyne can perform anywhere when he's given confidence, he wasn't given confidence in Chelsea so they got rid of him.
