Both leagues have boring as fuck title races, the difference is that Bundesliga has a lot of action going on in other parts of the table (battle for european spots and avoiding relegation)... Serie A's battle for european spots is often exciting, but relegation is almost always really boring, with teams often losing any realistic chance of surviving by march.
