Maybe, but I mean the 'popular' fans opinion will rate him a lot just from winning the league, which isn't really a great achievement because City/Arsenal/Liverpool/Man Utd aren't great atm.

Just shows how bad the league really is when this Chelski team ezmodes it.

The league is amazing to watch, but the problem is that our top teams are not great atm. Which is inexcusable considering how much money they have compared to some teams in other leagues.

No doubt that PL teams should be doing better. Our opinions differ regarding the rankings of the leagues...I still see the PL as #1 overall, despite the lack of strength in the top 4 teams.
