We've got a lot of young players coming with great potential.

I'm not saying we're gonna win the Euro 2016, but we're gonna be up there until the very late stages of the tournament, I'm sure of that.

Having played in those "youth" squads myself...please think about the percentage of players that make it into the pro squads...it's close to 0

Yeah hence why the championship playoff is so important

Imagine being a small championship club like millwall with low income and getting into the premier league... could potentially change everything for the club going forward
