This shit has been there from the very beggining. It was more transparent during the franco era and went underground right after. Now the tentacles of madrid are everywhere : law enforcement, police, goverment, the football federation, everywhere....
Seems like i was right once again, after last year refs willingness to add 30-40 minutes to extratime in order for madrid to get a goal CL final, they now award the 10 times-from-the-spot tapin master what once was the most important individual award in football.
