Ronaldo (assuming he'd stay fit). Whenever his team wasn't doing well he'd go and score a goal to win the game.

If you have prime Ronaldo in your team you don't need very good players around him. All your team needs to do is work for hm and wait until he scores hs goal.

If it wasn't for him, Madrid wouldn't have even made it to the CL during the declinging Galactico era. It was Iker making 10 saves per game and Ronaldo scoring his goal; the team played like garbage, but it didn't matter because Ronaldo was there. If he had been fit enough to play more often, we would have won more silverware during those years.

Ronaldo. He was el Phenomeno for a reason. So unlucky he got injured so much. He had everything by the age of 24. Except the CL but no doubt would of gotten his if he wouldn't of fucked up his knees so much. Zidane is too over rated as a GOAT. I mean no doubt he is amazing but Ronaldo at 24 was light years ahead of Zidane at 24.

if you had a poor team you would pick ronaldo and a top class keeper, to keep you in it.

If you were building a quality side with quality players, you would pick zidane to build it around.

Zamez Loldriguez, mate.

i would put lord bendtner in front of him as advanced forward as they have pretty complementary qualities.

You'd pick Ronaldo over Zidane? :fume:

And you chose Ronaldo but decide to promote the worst period of his career ^^

calm down :P

It would be Ronaldo or Zidane for me too, almost equal. Zidane has always said the best player he's ever seen is Ronaldo and was the most naturally gifted player probably of all time. He truly was a phenomenon.

Zidane would benefit with good players around him as he could orchestrate them all, Ronaldo is a one man wrecking crew.

Tough choice

in all seriousness whats so special about this ? ANY average footballer can do it ..

What's so special is that he could do that, with that much ease, at all levels of the sport against any competition. True greatness.

I'd pick Ronaldo if I were to make a team around him. I'm not saying I'd choose him in every other circumstance.

Ronaldo was an absolute beast pre-injuries though. His career average was close to being 1 goal per game ratio.

~ 55 something goals in ~ 55 some thing games for PSV
~ 45 goals in ~ 45 games for Cruzeiro
~ 50 gaols in 50 games for Barcelona

(roughly 150 goals in 150 games so far in his career age 21 and already won two ballon d'ors) You include his record of about 25 goals in 30 games for Brazil up until this point and thats about 175 goals in 180 games for a 21 year old who's played in three different teams/countries and two different fucking continents.

60 goals in a bout 100 games for Inter after 5 years but remember he basically went 2 years without playing

Never quite returned to his old form but 31 goals in 47 games and 30 goals in 44 games are still world class.

Still ended with a career average of 0.67

In other words; best striker of all time
