then its woth a try i think
i am playing almost exclusively on grass ^^
for turf they are nonsense of course (and not allowed here)

and metals are allowed, but a maximum of 16 millimetres long
the ones on the shoes you buy are 14mm here so no problem

wtf?
how did you get that idea?

some places dont let u cause they hurt and people tackle stupid..
but when i was playing for highschool team i saw a few people use them and the ref didnt mind.

Yeah i get like 10 games on grass 6 on turf used to play full season on turf thank god thats over.

turf is the best.. if you dont mind destroying cleats or maybe the cleats i get are shitty
but yeah turf is so nice the ball speeds up glides by things like you said no holes or tall grass everything is leveled
but i feel alot more comfortable / get less tired n feet pains from grass fields.

Edit:/ and yeah i have been looking it up everywhere is saying its up to league/ref everywhere is different but for most part if they don't think its safe they wont allow it

yeah sure a good grass field is best

i play with these on most turf pitches for some years now, dont even remember when i bought them

count yourself lucky to not have pitches like these
here they are still rather common

and that REALLY sucks, believe me

mmmh really strange you dont have rules for this.....football in murica needs still time ^^

in that case you might think about that

these are my current shoes and they have rather long cleats compared to others
grip is still ok on wet grass, maybe you try something like this
check out the store maybe you find some with longer cleats

Can you even do a simple sliding tackle on that pitch without hurting yourself?

of course not, you will rip half the skin on your legs open
avoiding tackles is number 1 priority there and the ball hops like crazy
impossible to have a decent passing game there

nasty wounds i tell ya
had a game on a pitch like that 3 weeks ago and i fell
wound on the knee is still not healed completely

good thing is that these pitches are slowly replaced with turf, but they still exist

since nobody tackles there it shouldnt be that much of a problem
