well ofc not by much. football nowadays is at such a high level overall there are no teams like hungary back in the days that completely rape the rest of the world's elite...
but it's still enough for me to say with confidence that germany has been the best team overall. but obviously that's just an opinion...

and yes, we had poor performances vs. ghana and algeria but let's not forget that was before mustafi's injury and the public pressure on löw forced him to play with a decent formation that made some kind of sense...
