Well, it's rubbing it in. Not really something offensive, but not the kind of things the losing team wants to see/hear.
What pisses the argentinians off is that the players are doing it, not the fans. It's always expected that the fans do these kind of things, but when players, managers or any staff member of the winning team does it, it is generally considered inappropriate.
Kind of like when Barça beat Madrid 5-0 and Piqué showed his hand with his 5 finger to the camera while grinning... many people were upset about it. Nobody complained about the thousands of fans doing the same at the stadium though, because it's considered normal for them to do it, unlike when the player does it.
As a matter of fact, I haven't heard of any Argentinian media complaining. It's just typical German whining and the mentality of trying to find something bad in everything.
That song is sung for years in German stadiums now and nothing but a harmless tease. If people are affronted by that, they just have no clue about how football works, this sport is a competition.
Also, why not ban "We are the champions" if such lyrics are so disrespectful? "No time for losers" really doesn't sound any better to me
