too many rules and loopholes in modern football, that should have been a penalty imo as it denied a clear goal. Ball to hand can be argued but there arm is not really in a natural position but wrong decisions is also part of football and makes the game what it is.

maybe she shouted "torwartwechsel!" right before that, which would make it legal for her to handle the ball according to hobby football rules. xD

no way they checked that and just let it slide - i can't imagine there's enough money or interest in women's football for any kind of corruption - and despite it being a hotbed of incompetence, which would perfectly explain missing this in real time, you can't tell me they are literally too dumb to look at a screen and identify a blatant rule infringement...
