If it ties by the end of regular time then yes the bet would be nulled and a new bet would have to start for overtime and/or pk's.

So bets are only considering 90 +OT?

Shootout points don't go towards the bets?

It depends on to bettor, if they don't want to settle on a draw then they will count the penalty shootouts as well.

Idk why I put draw=canceled to be honest, i love penalty shootouts

no 30 mins extra ,they will straight go to penalties shots
