since almost all leagues are over its this time again :santa:

all 4 players we signed ( weiser, darida, ibisevic, stark ) are key players for our success B)

we were 3rd for around half of the season but in the last few games we only got a few points and "ruined" our great season :(

we finished 7th and secured us a spot for the EL qualification - 3rd round > playoffs > el groupstage hopefully

overall a great season since we finished 15th last season ( avoided relegation playoff games because of better goal difference ) and people predicted us to play against relegation again

Arsenal:

Gave my opinion in the arsenal topic, we ended in a good note but overall dissapointing season. AW signing Xhaka is a good sign for the coming season however.

OHL:

We got relegated while playing the best football in the league at times, everyone wanted Moeskroen to get relegated but alas wasn't meant to be. So far we lost Croizet, one of our main players. Bostock on his way out aswell.

For Juventus:

Of the past 5 seasons of Juventus' resurgence, this was the greatest one. Successfully transitioned from Pirlo, Vidal and Tevez into something even better. Allegri had the team playing very positively, morale was great. Signings like Dybala, Khedira, Mandzukic, Zaza, Sandro, Cuadrado (loan), were very well received. The Champions league exit will leave a sour taste for years to come, for two reasons: first, a loss to Sevilla in a somewhat meaningless final group game made the difference between the first and second seed, this difference resulted in drawing Bayern Munich- a very difficult task right out of the group and two: the performance against Bayern was very positive and entertaining but resulted in a loss. Anyways, that Cuadrado goal was one of pure quality. Morata's winner in extra time against Milan to win the Coppa Italia was also a special moment. Domestic double, won the league in spectacular fashion.

Overall, a mediocre season.

Signings = Martial (class) and a bunch of mediocre/flops in terms of performance.
Academy players = Rashford (class), and some very good contributors hopefully going forward (Fosu-Mensah, Borthwick-Jackson)

5th place = Auto-fail, LVG sacked due to this
FA Cup win = important to get a trophy due to the recent drought

Mourinho as manager = massive potential for success, and huge signings, but wary of his past implosions at Real and Chelski.
