You're good at math.

Divide the numbers and that's the amount you get back on your investment.

16/5 = 3.something so if you bet 100 you get 3.something x 100 back.

You put fg on the result of a match. Home win. Draw. Or away win. If that result is correct you win fg.

The odds are above. If you want decimal conversions do the first number divided by the second. I. E. 1/5 will give you . 2 so the odds are 1.2 so if you put 1000 fg on it. You'll get 200 profit.

As Ed stated, fraction odds can be transferred by doing the divide. E.g.

100 bet on villa
9/1 =9
9 x your bet =900
Plus you get your stake back so your total returned is 1k

So in this example my exposure is 900; 1k is the max
