3 or 4 would be a travesty. This is just a despicable act, plain and simple. Him being frustrated or not should make no difference. Especially it should not be a mitigation.

Actually I would like to see a similar act on the pitch that was worse than this. Yea of course there are absolutely brutal tackles that broke bones and so on but at least you could make a point that they were going for the ball. That's not the case with this play.
