I propose 2 names :

Mario jardel : world class scorer and positioning, ran like a complete fag which always amused the shit out of me.

One of the most prolific scorers ever.

santiago solari = pretty useless in every team he was but a great dribbler that went annonimous. Pretty similar to betis' denilson.

Hehe.

It always kinda surprised me that Porto was the highlight of his career, as he seemed to be always scoring regardless of the opposition. Always thought he was gonna move to a big club eventually.

This guy was superb. If only his character wasn't so fucked up.

Honorable mentions:
Roy Makaay and especially Le Tissier. It always amazed me how a guy who looked like a pub regular could produce such blistering examples of skill and flair.

Nice thread

One of the greatest DMs of all time (and by far Madrid's best ever). He had a perfect combination of technical and tactical abilities, very few if any DMs have been as skilled as Redondo while being defensively flawless.

He doesn't get the credit he deserves because of his personal problems with several coaches that managed the argentinian national team and stopped him from making a carreer with the albiceleste. That, and the injuries that ruined his later carreer.

He refused to get paid while injured though :hail:

Because it's never easy being the "lesser" brother:

I believe this is the perfect place for:

Could have been one of our best DM's in Arsenals history if it wasn't for that one tackle that ruined his career.
He also refuses to get paid during his injuries and never gives up. Many Arsenal players that got injuried say that Diaby gave them strenght to overcome their injuries, this man is in my eyes a legend.
