5 would be good, but 5 individual substitutions would take too much time imo.

lol yeah 5 players would take like 3 minutes if all subbed separately

I think 5 might be too many, 3 is alright, definitely need to add a sub in after regulation time though.

yes i agree keep it as three subs for 90 minutes and 1 more for extra time, If they do add an extra sub in extra time I can see a lot of time wasting happening tho <_<

Good initiative. Many footballers get burnt out + potentially more play time for youth.
