The fact that Ludogorets went forward says nothing at all, Steaua should have easily progressed to CL stages. They much needed the cash as their magnate owner is in prison. Thing is the coach Steaua had winning them 3 back to back titles left for a bigger payroll in the Qatar or U.A.E or something and the current coach has just no personality.
They won`t go far in the Europa League aswell imo, sad because they have actually 3-4 players that could play for any top european side (stanciu, iancu - fm legends + chipciu and Gardos (who got transferred recently at southampton for 8.5 mil pounds).
They also managed to sell Rusescu to sevilla (never been played, too bad, was a competent deep lying forward) chiriches to tottenham (good ball playing defender) and tatarusanu to fiorentina (decent to good-on-his day).
Moti is terrible. Had a good game and shitloads of balls @ Pks tho.
