From an owners point of view - southampton is a lovely payday

From the clubs point of view - Chelsea closely followed by City


The reason why I picked chelsea is because city were already very strong before the window opened,they have locked down alot of key players and made afew specific signings to fill in exactly what they need

2 votes for Liverpool is surprising. Imo they've had an average window, not bad like some say but certainly not amazing...
