Ghana - Portugal was without a doubt the most exciting match for me.

Might be because I'm biased on both fronts, but still, alot of good play, and exciting untill the bitter end ^^

Out of those.. Netherlands vs Spain. I love demonstrations of power.

Brazil 3-0 Spain (When Spain was considered by almost everyone as the #1)
Bayern 7-0 Barcelona (Some still believed Barcelona were #1)
Real Madrid 5-0 Bayern Munich (some silly people thought Bayern were #1)



Those 3 matches have to be 3 of my top 10 favourite matches the last ~ 5-10ish years.
