Rumours of him going to Arsenal have been circulating for a while, but now apparently Liverpool wants him.

Is it just me that thinks he is WAY overrated? He has performed in some big games in the Euros 2012 and a few games for Man City. But let's not forget that he left the PL after 14 apps 1 goal in 2012-13 season.

Headcase, has a lot of baggage attached, plays when he wants to etc. Pretty good striker when he wants to play.

A move out of Italy would be good for him imo - away from the banana throwing mongrels that inhabit that place.

never lived up to any of the hype in his entire career. moves from club to club and it always starts well then slowly turns sour. won't change, not worth the hassle.

This is what the more skeptical part of me would say. I think he can develop into 20 goals + a season.

I wouldn't play him ahead of Danny Welbeck in my team.

His first season at Manchester City was amazing. Look at his goals per game ratio it's really impressive, plus he was only like 20 years old and playing in England for the first time.

Then in the second season as he started to experience off field problems, he started to lose his form and score less. I think also the competition with aguero, dzeko, and tevez unsettled him a bit.

When balotelli is focused and wants to play, he is amazing in other words. I would even argue that he single handedly brought Milan from 8th place to 3rd place in the 2012/13 season
