what did he do? i bet with him in other sports many times with no problem.

Check my post history and check some of the threads in NFL and NBA. We've been like 15 different guys explaining it to him and he still refuses to send.

He made a bet for his Belgium -.5. Unless otherwise specified bets like this run to the end up regulation time, he refuses to send thinking he won because Belgium won by 1 in extra time. The op was offering 1:1 odds for his US +.5 and then 1:2 for his US to advance. Obviously a clear difference between the two bets and HANGRY should know the difference by now. I don't normally bet in this sub and I'm already aware of how things work here.

He's had multiple people explain this to him and he continues to act like an arrogant child.
