I recommend doing what the rest of the section is doing.
Have to do Eagles -1.5 or give odds for them to win outright. 1.1:1 is looking like jsp's line, which would be 5,500fg to win 5,000fg
The -1.5 means the Eagles have to win by 2 or more in order to win the bet. 5,000fg vs 5,000fg
