What about yall?

Getting a lot of hype this year, but I can see them easily coming in last place in their division.

Most of what I've seen has them in the middle of the pack, which I believe is a fair assessment.

Biggest factor will be how well Wilson meshes with his new offense, and if he can unlearn any of his bad habits that have held him back. He isn't nearly as mobile as he was, that coupled with his habit of over-extending plays trying to superman them is a fucking terrible combination. You toss in that their best receiver is a guy who's only broke 1k yards once in his four year in the NFL, and that their division is fucking terrifying, so I heavily doubt they do better than 9 wins (with 7-8 being more realistic).

I wouldn't be surprised if they only managed 2-3 wins after October. They've got a fucking brutal 2nd half schedule.

He’s still a top 10 qb in mobility lol

Dude still has plenty of talent, I'm not denying that or saying he's a bun by any means, but when looking at the entire picture, things seem heavily stacked against him and Denver. What are your thoughts, or how well/poor do you anticipate they'll do?

Unless one of the teams we anticipate to be good this year falls off hard (which does occur plenty), I'm not seeing 10 wins from them. Like I said in my first post, their home-stretch is a fucking brutal one... Outside the Panthers they could easily lose all of those.

Would anyone really be surprised if they took 4th in the division though? Feels like at this moment, any one of those 4 could be 4th.

They won’t do great cuz the afc is stacked, but they might get a low wildcard

I see between 2-4 wins on that part of the schedule, with 2 as a sure floor.

Raiders/Chargers haven't shown anywhere near enough consistency for me to believe they'll live up to expectations, but on paper Denver is leagues behind the other 3.

Most likely scenario is Denver gets 4th, or the raiders fall off hard and Denver squeaks in at 3rd. Unless Wilson goes god mode and has his best season ever, I can't see them finishing higher than that.

AFC is certainly stacked and their division is disgusting. What's your guess on wins though, give me a number :D

I mean, you don't necessarily need consistency. All those teams, sans chargers went through some massive changes this offseason. There is reason to believe with all the changes that any of those teams could go anywhere in the division.

Mahomes and Reid too good to finish outside 2nd, but you're technically correct, anything could theoretically happen.

I don't imagine they'll be any less powerful than they've been. Juju and MVS should do well with a monster like Mahomes slinging them the ball. Let's not forget that Kelce is still there too. Their defense also made strides in the right direction last season, so I'm confident they'll be a top team again.

Probably 9 wins, which may or may not get a WC

My afc playoff locks:

Chiefs
Bills
Ravens
Browns depending on Watson suspension, if he misses 4 or more games, this moves down a tier

teams in the hunt ranked in order of how good they are imo:
Titans
Colts
Bengals
Broncos
Chargers
Raiders
Pats
Steelers
Dolphins

So 9 teams (ten if you add the browns here) fighting for 4 spots. It’s gonna come down to who has the easier schedule, I can see the afc west absolutely destroying each other and only one of them getting in.
