Holy shit… what a fucking collapse for this guy. I hope this doesn’t send him spiraling even harder with his mental health problems. Feel bad for him a little bit on this one, like ya, he’s dumb as fuck for doing this, but an entire year seems like a lot.

Yeah, i mean if he was betting on Falcons games while not playing i could understand, but if it was random games that he personally had no hand in then it definitely feels excessive.

You're messing with the NFL's money when you do that, because players betting on games can compromise the entire league. They don't play around when it comes to their money.

It's against the rules for a reason. Most rules are in place for a valid reason. You aren't allowed to bet mainly for the fear of throwing games / making money of insider info much like Pete Rose.


He knew the rules and is a dumbass to break them. A friend of mine in the front office of an NFL team yelled at me for even texting him if he wanted to do a small prop bet game with me for the superbowl, these guys are well aware the consequences.
