Remember when people were shocked that Mario Williams was drafted before Reggie Bush and Vince Young? Well, in case you’ve missed the last 2 years since he left for Buffalolol, the dude is straight up wrecking people. He single handedly made the afternoon a nightmare for Green Bay. The entire Bills defense was in great form as well. Paired with a seeming complete lack of effort and focus, they were able to hand us yet another road loss. I’m actually really glad that they lost, to be honest. Hard to swallow at first, but that kind of shitty play won’t suffice in the playoffs. If the entire team is going to perform like that, it’s probably time to start thinking about moves in the offseason.
Every single phase of the game looked about as clean as xoxo’s phone screen after he receives a picture from his cousin. Special team play has always been an Achilles heel for Green Bay, but that coverage was so bad that I was getting flashbacks of Dan Connolly sprinting down the field against us in Foxborough.

Just awful. Squad looked so out of sorts the entire game. Never hit a groove really on either side of the ball. The Bills inept offense was still able to score enough points to beat us, which is very depressing. As terrible as we played, there was actually still plenty of chances to win the game, but we made sure to fuck up each and every one of them. Jordy apparently has been watching Brandon Pettigrew and Jermichael Finley tapes and studying them religiously. Playcalling was subject, tackling wasn’t even attempted and I look to Crash to begin the #firecapers petition.
I’d like to say that the Packers can learn from this game and improve for next week but in all honesty, if we play the Bucs the same way we approached and executed against the Bills, we could honestly be left on the outside looking in. Green Bay controls its own destiny for now, but the chances of getting home-field advantage are slipping away.
Can you even blame the coaches though? I mean, tackling is something you learn as soon as you’re old enough to put on pads. Is McCarthy completely positive that the 11 players he starts on defense are the best on the roster? It’s pretty sad that the defense has remained healthier than it has been in years, yet the unit continues to underperform and let weaker offenses score like a fucking Arena Football team. The “Bend Not Break” philosophy isn’t working when the offense can’t bail us out like yesterday and it for damn sure won’t work in the playoffs with the effort that we saw Sunday.
Also, I started throwing things after that last Jordy drop.

I don’t even have words to describe Rodgers’ performance. Have not seen anyone struggle that much for that long under center for Green Bay since the ol Gunslinger was in uniform. Mistakes and miscues happen, but typically Aaron can rectify the issues and find resolution before the game ends. Never happened. Looked like he hadn’t played a single snap since last week and skipped practice. Unreal. The drop-bug bites every now and then, but a lot of those awful plays were 100% on him. I wish I had the ability to mimic xnoz and find a way to not fault
Eli Rodgers but I can’t.
Burn the game film because there really isn’t anything to learn from it other than terrible clock management in the 2nd quarter. Start from the bottom and get the fundamentals down quick because a loss to the Bucs means we might have most of January off this season.
