As a looooooooong time Chiefs fan, he's got the Andy Reid special "day to day" tag on him, which means he could be out months as a precaution. We saw this happen with Sammy Watkins years ago, saw it with Eric Berry early in Andy's career here, its just bad news all around whenever Andy says "day by day" or "day to day".


That being said, realistically speaking, anyone else is likely out 3-4 weeks at minimum, which pretty much aligns with the return of rashee rice. Also worth noting that Jalen Royals *should* be back with the team this week or next, so any chance of Xavier Worthy having some monster season is about to take a massive hit, as he's going to be projected to lose targets as the year goes on and these guys come back from injury and suspension.

I think his ADP was super high this year because of the Rice suspension. Possibly giving Worthy a chance to earn a bigger role. Thats not gonna happen now. If he does come back before Rice he isn't going to be majorly effective with a bum shoulder

Well, and the other thing too is if he comes back sooner, he'll have to be playing in a shoulder brace which is likely going to affect his range of motion and ability to make certain catches. The donwside is just too high at this point to retain him, especially if you could fine value from him in trade.
