How do we fix this abhorrent team?

Specifically,

Offensive Line needs to be upgraded

Offensive Coordinator needs to be upgraded

Eiberfloof needs to be replaced.

Caleb is doing his part IMO.

Dump them from the NFL
Create a new expansion team
Place new expansion team in the NFC North
Watch them fail harder than the 70s Bucs

Easy entertainment

I told everyone I thought Caleb was going to be a bust. I am not saying this season is entirely his fault and that he cannot turn it around. But, things are not looking good.

I watched him get dominated by ND last year. This was one of the few times he played a defense with NFL talent all over the secondary.

New ownership is the only answer.

current owner who is probably dead has a son who refuses to let football people make decisions.
He always hires some conman who doesnt let the GM have any say in the coaching hire then the GM is blamed for everything.
Same cycle everytime, franchise has losers at the helm
