here's what I got so far to kick off a Dynasty league here

D2Jsp 10k Dynasty Fantasy Football League

The league charter below is structured in such a way as to guarantee the longevity and health of the league. The charter grants considerable decision making power to the league commissioner to make changes to team ownership, this may include loss of deposit. The Commissioner will only undertake such actions as a last resort, and only under certain conditions as outlined in the charter. Your willful participation in the league constitutes your understanding and agreement of the charter.

Deposit


• Deposits will be held year-over-year to ensure continuity.
  
• The Deposit will be equal to the buy-in for 1 year.
  
• Delinquent Team Managers may have their teams auctioned off and lose the right to their deposit. This action will be taken at the sole discretion of The Commissioner.
  
• Deposits are non-refundable, but may be sold and transferred in conjunction with rights to a team.
  
• In the event of the league unwinding, all deposits will be refunded to Team Managers.
  
  Payment
  
• Team managers must remit payment for the upcoming season by August 1st.
  
• Team managers that have not paid their buy-in by August 1st forfeit their team and their deposit.
  
• Forfeited teams and deposits will be auctioned in the Football and Rugby forum to a new manager for the minimum price equal to the buy-in for 1 year.
  
• Funds from team auction will be added to the pot for that year.
  
  Transferring of ownership
  
• Team ownership may be sold and transferred freely
  
• Managers wishing to quit the league are responsible for arranging for the sale and transfer of their deposit and team rights to a new manager
  
  Delinquency
  
• Manager's who consistently fail to set line-ups, or partake in collusion, may be subject to loss of rights to their team and deposit. A warning must be issued in this thread by the Commissioner, and an additional instance in contradiction to that warning must occur prior to The Commissioner undertaking any such action.
  
  The Commissioner
  
• The Commissioner will not set lineups for other teams. Team managers are responsible for the management of their teams.
  
• In general, The Commissioner will employ a "hands off" approach. Interventions will be done only when necessary.
  
• The Commissioner may undertake interventions at their sole discretion only limited by the guarantees outlined within this charter.

Buy in for the first year will consist of a 10k deposit, and a 10k buy-in, for a total of 20k.
