No, this bet is for the spread. So it would be 100fg vs 100fg, if lions win or lose by 2 he wins. If ravens win by 4 or more you win. If ravens win by exactly 3 you each get your money back.
Cd means confirmed. This must be posted by both users in a thread before a bet is official.
Active+ means a bettor with the active, trusted, or mediator tag on the sports coliseum add-on list. Its been discontinued for the most part. He is just saying he wants the bet paid upfront from users who do not have one of the 3 aforementioned tags
