Former #3 overall pick in 2020 draft.. is there some kind of undisclosed legal trouble? Anyone else find this odd?

Has dealt with injuries. 5th year option, long term contract, or roster cut looming.

Sounds like they decided to part ways and got a little bit of value in doing so.
