Sure any team can acquire him for 2 first round picks, and then what? Pay him $200 million for a signing of a deal and put your franchises next 5 years into a complete mystery as to how it turns out.
I’m not taking away from Lamar’s skill set, but I think for the type of playstyle he has, the type of contract he should seek should be a damn Bobby Bonilla contract that’s not gonna fuck a team but also be beneficial to himself in the long run.

That's the thing: nobody wants to give him a Watson contract lol. Requesting a trade won't change that, so I don't see how him requesting a trade changes anything.

Honestly, I was thinking a franchise tag season would be perfect. Burrow and Herbert should get extended soon enough, which will help as a reference point. Maybe those extensions come before a second tag is necessary

I‘ll be honest since I’m not too sure how the transition tag works, but if no one else signs him this offseason wouldn’t it be too expensive to tag him again next season and he basically walks for free? (minus a 3rd round comp pick to you)
