The Ravens will just match anything honestly as long as it isn’t fully guaranteed.

But I think as usual the NFPLA is shooting themselves in the foot by now pushing the “collusion” narrative it is going to scare more Owners away than it will attract. The NFLPA and Lamar’s mommy have really hurt his career it seems.
