Not only that, but even in the states where it is legal it's still illegal to have it within reach of you in a vehicle. No different than an open container of alcohol. The bias of the "420 legalize it" people annoy the shit out of me when they can't separate instances of harmless marijuana use and irresponsible usage paired with bad decisions involving it.
