Just started doing ultimate team, what is the best way to start building your team up? Just Player v Player games?

I do solo challenges, preseason and regular season. Buy all pro packs for 9k until team is solid, then go to auction house and buy individual cards for positions you're weak on. I have yet to play vs another person cuz no online code.

Fucking xbox live is updating, 20mins in, barely 1/3 done.
I think I'm going to save up for another legend pack, if its another bust I'm just going to keep buying all pro packs.
Kurt warner though is pretty boss.
I can finish up all the legendary challenges now since I'm at 92 overall. Think I got 4 or 5 games left to go.
